Layaway Policy

Minimum 20% deposit will hold purchase for 30 days. Balance due at the end of 30 days. Deposits subject to forfeiture if layaway is not picked up. No service or finance charges on layaways. No cash refunds on deposits. All layaways considered a final and binding sale.

Return Policy

Cash or credit card refund with sales receipt. Except as noted, all new and used firearms sold by us have a 1-year warranty. All clothing and footwear returns must be returned in new condition with all sales tags intact. No returns on final sale or clearance items.

Gift Certificates

Clark Brothers offers gift certificates for that special someone who has everything. Available in any amount, our gift certificates can be used for any item in our store and The Red Shed. Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only; they cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Firearms Sales

We offer a unique selection of new and used, modern and antique firearms. We buy, sell and trade new and used firearms.

All sales are subject to all applicable local, state and federal regulations. We sell to the general public, federal firearms’ dealers, and law enforcement agencies.

We offer transfer services for out of state purchases for firearms we do not stock. We can also ship firearms to other dealers nationwide. In addition, we can import firearms from foreign countries. Restrictions apply. Please contact us for additional information about these services.

Consignments

We offer consignment sales for most firearms and such related accessories as scopes, knives and swords. Our consignment fee is 20% of selling prices. Please contact us with any questions. We are capable of consigning one item or several hundred. We specialize in estate sales and collections.

Appraisals

Verbal appraisals of firearms are always free at Clark Brothers. We are also pleased to offer a written professional appraisal for $5.00 per item. We discount appraisals for multiple items or large estates.
